Experiment !

So Im going to try and lose 8 pounds in five days  starting from Monday 5th March 2012

Day 1

 Breakfast
Glass of Water

Lunch
salad containing 198 cals
sparkling Water

Dinner
Salmon new potatos up to 600 cals
Water, green tea

Day 2

 Breakfast
Glass of Water

Lunch
salad containing 198 cals
sparkling Water


Dinner
soup
Water, green tea


Day 3

 Breakfast
Glass of Water

Lunch
salad containing 198 cals
sparkling Water


Dinner
Soup up to 400 cals
Water, green tea


Day 4

 Breakfast
Glass of Water

Lunch
salad containing 198 cals
sparkling Water


Dinner
Salmon new potatos up to 600 cals

Water, green tea


Day 5


 Breakfast
Glass of Water

Lunch
salad containing 198 cals
sparkling Water


Dinner
soup
Water, green tea


(Excercise and diet pills)

is this possible ? Probably not but its def worth a go to see so average daily calorie intake will be between 6-800 calories plus burning off 100 per day with exercise.

I shall post daily letting you know how the experiment is panning out , i wikk be seriously amazed if i have that much self controll as i love food . and no drinking either this is why the experiment is only five days long hehe.
